The situation at the property on Moorooduc Hwy in Mt Eliza is dire: young horses and foals are at risk, being starved to death in full view of concerned community members. This has been going on for years, with no apparent action taken by the responsible authority, the RSPCA. 

This is an ex horse trainer who has been systematically starving Horses, is in-breeding and failing to provide medical attention for around 30 Horses for the last eight or more years. RV wouldn't renew her training license as she was deemed not of good character. The photos are horrific. 
The property is currently for sale for $6.5 million. The owner seems to have financial capacity to care feed and provide Vet attention to these horses but refuses to. Reports are that when there are enough carcasses in the paddock they are pulled onto a pile and burned in full view of the other horses. 
By signing our petition, you demand that the Mt Eliza property owner is held accountable and that prompt measures are put in place to ensure the horses' wellbeing. Proposed actions include immediate health checks and, if necessary, relocation of these innocent animals to a proper caring initiative. Our collective voices can pressure the RSPCA and local authorities into action and consequently, prevent further harm to these horses at risk.
