To All Residents:
There are still residents here dealing with issues that have not been fixed or properly taken into consideration by management. As many of you may have seen in the news, Park Place has been condemned. They are under the same management as us, and residents there went without water and electricity for days, in some cases nearly weeks.
We cannot ignore what is happening. We need to continue standing together and fighting for better living conditions before the same situation happens here.
We all pay too much money in rent to live in conditions that are unacceptable. We deserve safe, clean, and properly maintained homes, and management has a responsibility to address our concerns.
Please continue to speak up, document your issues, submit your work orders, and support one another. The more residents who stand together, the harder it is for our concerns to be ignored.
This is about protecting our homes, our families, and our community. We need to keep fighting together.
