Demand Honda to Address WRV Digipad Issue

The Issue

Dear Fellow Honda WRV Owners/Honda Car owners/other car owners

We are reaching out to you for urgent support in resolving a critical issue affecting our beloved vehicles: the malfunctioning Digipad/infotainment/AVN system. This problem isn't just an inconvenience; it's a safety concern that needs immediate attention.

Despite numerous attempts to engage with Honda, the proposed solutions have fallen short of addressing the root cause of the issue. Many of us have received offers to replace the faulty Digipad, but with significant financial burdens placed on us, which is simply unjustice.( 70 : 30 resolution)

We, the undersigned, are calling on Honda to take the following actions:

Recall and Replace: Honda must initiate a comprehensive recall of all affected WRV vehicles and replace the faulty Digipads at no cost to the owners. Safety should never come at a price.
Root Cause Investigation: Honda needs to conduct a thorough investigation into why this issue occurred in the first place. Understanding the root cause is essential to prevent similar problems from arising in the future.
Assistance for Affected Owners: Those who have already incurred expenses to fix this issue should be reimbursed promptly. No owner should bear the financial burden of rectifying a manufacturing defect.
Transparency in Reporting: Honda should publicly disclose the number of complaints received regarding this issue in the last five years. Full transparency will help us understand the scope of the problem and the urgency of the solution.
