The very fabric & meaning of democracy is being rapidly eroded/decimated & there’s widespread concern about what the future holds for our democratic society & future generations, Too many people in the U.K. are feeling the same frustration. 

The government must take notice of what the electorate says & desires,after all, we are supposed to be living in a democracy, not a dictatorship. The general public is tired of being misled by political parties that fail to deliver on their manifesto promises, only to suffer with 'amnesia' once they take power & abandon those who put them in power/charge,enough is enough.

We need to see a tangible change to every man & woman’s day to day lives we pay an extortionate amount for our energy I.e Gas/Electricity,etc compared to the rest of Europe.This cannot go on anymore without it being challenged.

It is disheartening that even in today's modern society, the electorate’s voice is being stifled. Decisions that affect millions are being taken without the general public having a say, casting doubt on the government's true commitment to democratic norms. Why are decisions being made without genuine public consultation? The people deserve a real say in matters that impact their lives.

Additionally, the role of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) & unelected billionaires in politics needs immediate scrutiny. How is it that those with significant financial influence can steer political agendas while the average citizen's voice goes unheard? Their involvement raises questions about the transparency and fairness of our political system.

The erosion of democracy cannot continue unchecked. It is crucial to foster a transparent & accountable government that listens to its people. We need to demand a genuine debate about the state of our democracy. Why is the government not listening? Why do elected officials stray from their commitments? & most importantly, why are those with no electoral mandate influencing political decisions?

We must act now to restore faith in our democratic institutions and ensure the electorate’s voice is paramount in the decision-making process.

The trouble is the majority of politicians are so out of touch with reality & cannot relate to how difficult life is for many & due to their inability to Govern.
