Demand Full Investigation/Prosecution of All Individuals Implicated in the Epstein Files

Demand Full Investigation/Prosecution of All Individuals Implicated in the Epstein Files
The Issue
We, the undersigned, call for the immediate, transparent, and independent investigation—and where evidence warrants, prosecution—of all individuals for whom credible evidence exists suggesting participation in or facilitation of criminal conduct connected to the activities of Jeffrey Epstein as reflected in unredacted records and related case materials. We further call for a comprehensive review of any potential institutional failures, conflicts of interest, or investigative shortcomings.
The Epstein case has raised serious concerns regarding profound failures of oversight and accountability within the justice system. Numerous court documents, testimonies, and sealed or partially released records point to a network of powerful individuals who allegedly participated in or enabled the sexual exploitation and trafficking of minors. Despite credible allegations and substantial evidence, many named individuals have never been meaningfully investigated, let alone held accountable.
Justice cannot be selective. Wealth, political influence, professional status, or public reputation must not place anyone above the law.
We therefore demand the following:
- Independent investigation by an appointed board of investigators without conflicts of interest into all individuals named in connection with Epstein’s criminal activities. We further request documentation explaining prior investigative decisions, including reasons investigations or prosecutions were not pursued or completed to get any perpetrators out of positions of power and out of the general public.
- Public criminal prosecution of any individual for whom sufficient evidence exists, regardless of social or political standing.
- Accountability for institutional failures, including any government agencies or any officials found to have improperly delayed, interfered with, or mishandled investigative processes.
- Continued protections and support for survivors, ensuring they are heard, protected, and compensated where appropriate.
Survivors of sexual abuse deserve justice. The public deserves transparency. The rule of law demands accountability.
Failure to act reinforces the perception that a two-tiered justice system exists—one for the powerful and one for everyone else. We refuse to accept that.
We urge the Department of Justice, relevant prosecutors, and oversight bodies to act immediately and decisively.
Justice delayed is justice denied.
