Child protection Services needs to be shut down there's got to be a another way to protect children without the government  involved. When a child is removed from their biological family because they need to be protected by CPS and then CPS places that child in another abusive home and instead of just being abused now that child is dead now so the child left the biological parents home alive and was returned to them dead. Rip Eathen Huschultz age 7 (fly with the angels little man)repealed because it is being used to embezzle funds from the federal government and traffic and children for federal funds. currently Manitowoc County is harassing me, the guardian Ad litems wife Kris skyberg has been following me on my Facebook page trying to figure out how to get me put in jail.  The foster parents of my grandchildren started following me today this morning so they can report back to the county.  through of having their children removed from your home without ever needing or required to provide one piece of evidence.  If you or somebody you know has a misfortune of running into CPS do not and I can't express this enough do not agree with Chip's case. the worst thing that'll happen if you disagree is it'll go to trial and you'll have a right to be heard and hopefully you'll be found innocent and the case will go away on the off chance of you're not found innocent. The  worst they can make you do is what you were going to agree to do in the first place have a chips case open. 

 Document everything record everything take two phones with you so that if they have to look at one phone you can tell them. the one phone isn't being recorded so that way you can record on the other device this is way too important because what goes on in the courtroom is totally different than what they Say on transcript. 

If you've been harassed by them in the past or they keep coming around trying to pick in your business take the children out of public school because they can go into the public school and yank your child out of class and interrogate them and bully them in the confessing the crimes so that they can take your children from you and they're not taking children from people because children are abused they're taking children from parents and family because they collect title 4E federal funding which is what this position is about.  Do you realize they have a quota to get their Federal funding bonus if they don't remove more children this year than they took last year they lose the bonus so what do they do when they run out of children that are being abused they take children that aren't being abused just know this your child is nothing more to CPS other than inventory that's right your child is inventory to CPS the more inventory they get the more money they make they receive 4 to $12,000 per child per month and it doesn't cost a fraction of that to support them.

There's an investigation going on currently by propublica a news journalism business they started they launched an investigation in 2021 which ironically is the same year that I lost guardianship with my grandchildren.  They're working on freezing the funds for guarding that lightems and classify volunteers and the next step is it going after foster care Biden wants to overhaul the foster care system because they are misusing the federal funds that was intended for to reunify children they're required by law to receive federal funding to make reasonable efforts to reunify and if that is impossible then the place of family before foster care that's not being done either and that grandmother that is updated on my position here she's a grandmother in Manitowoc County and she said the same thing.  Don't ever let your children talk to CPS don't ever let them in your house because if they see one dirty dish they'll say it was a single dirty dishes and laundry all over the place the only reason they want to get in your house is to see what they can pick at to make you look like an unfit parent so they can remove your children. Social workers will lie to take your children and they will continue lying to keep your children that is why I say record everything..
