It's been a minute since I posted an update, but here's the latest on the corruption of child protective services I was summoned to court on December 19th. To a case that I'm not involved in a chips case which is confidential under the statue of 48.981(7) which basically sums up that you're not allowed to release documentation that's confidential and specifically says an agency is not allowed to release confidential information without the authorization of the parents and then they're not allowed to release reporters name that sums up that statue which has nothing to do with me because I don't work for an agency. I don't maintain any documentation. I don't know if any reporters that have reported child abuse. so they summoned me to court, found me guilty of contempt of court because I uploaded a deposition to the public forum.  Basically violating my freedom of speech my freedom of expression and my freedom to peacefully demonstrate or out any of the corruption. There's a need  for change in the law. I believe it's a direct result of retaliation because I'm calling for the judges to be recalled.  filed several complaints on her and corporation council.

Now not ever they only telling me I can't talk a child protection case but apparently I'm not allowed to talk about myself either because I'm not allowed to tell anybody I was found in contempt of court for violating a confidential chapter of a chips case which I'm not a party to I'm not an interested party I'm not a party in order to be guilty of contempt of court you have to disrespect the court by either misbehaving in court and being found in contempt or intentionally violating a court order that I had no way of knowing about because I'm not a party to the case however once I became a party to the case through this charge I learned that while they're convicting me of contempt of court they themselves have wave confidentiality so that they can put two cases together they have no relation to one another for the sole purpose of not having to do extra work because it would have required two hearings instead of one so the judge along with all the lawyers that are representing all these litigants always confidentiality on behalf of their clients one of the clients wasn't even president of hearing to give permission to wait for confidentiality and the other one doesn't have the ability to give consent to waive her confidentiality.
