If anyone knows a reporter or news anchor or affiliated with any popular shows such as 20/20 I'm looking to expose the corruption of the federal gov.  Your politicians are the ones taking people's children that were never abused through CPS to adopt them out.  They are trafficking children and laundring money and let's not forget racketeering. The us gov wants you to believe they are trying to end trafficking by claiming illegals are being trafficked to keep the attention of them because they are the actual traffickers and your tax dollars are footing the bill

The below article explains how in order to qualify for the funds the child has to be poor or disabled so do you know that means they're not interested in taking rich people's children that may be being abused they're only interested in taking the poor People's children are minorities such as black families children because that's how they make their money CPS and child protection services is not a non-profit organization and anybody that says they are is delusional they have a ticker on the stock market exchange they are for profit organization and they are the biggest organized crime ring in the country

Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) Income Guidelines
A child is IV-E eligible if, during the month in which the child was placed in foster care, the birth family meets income guidelines for Aid to Families of Dependent Children (AFDC) assistance, a welfare program ended in 1996.
In two cases, the circumstances surrounding the child’s removal from home affect IV-E eligibility based on AFDC:

If the child was removed from home based on a judge’s ruling (called a judicial determination), the judge must, by a set timeline, have determined it was in the child’s best interests to be removed from the home. A judge must also determine that it is contrary to the child’s welfare to remain in the home.
If the child was removed from home based on the birth parents’ voluntary placement agreement, the child must have been already receiving Title IV-E foster care payments to be eligible for Title IV-E adoption assistance.
In addition to the income guidelines of AFDC, a child must satisfy the requirements of being a child deprived of parental support (meaning that that one or both parents is absent from the home or physically or mentally disabled, or that the principal wage-earning parent is unemployed or under employed).
