to my brief I’m filing with all states

This case can be summed up with three  paragraphs and the definitions: children are being taken for Title 4E Federal Funding. Not because they were abused and they have no evidence they were ever abused. This is an organized crime ring and the people involved in the collusion are the Judges, the guardian ad litems and cps which is the gatekeeper of the funds.

This is done through ex-partes, denied due process, made up falsified allegations, the guardian ad litems never in 4 yrs have met the children, conducted an independent investigation such as interviews with teachers mentors coaches neighbors etc, they have never submitted a report to the court or interested parties to the case and have never objected or given an opinion he’s done absolutely nothing but show up and be quiet. The judges make 

illegal court orders such as saying I have to go to a sexual therapist and admit to a crime I never committed and that’s a condition I have to do to get my children back and then lies on the record and says they can’t use that against me. I have 4 children that are in separate courts to complicate things such as appealing because they are before separate judges. What this county is doing is running an organized crime ring and the definitions below spell out what’s going on all for title 4E Federal Funding aside from having this case tossed I’m requesting who I turn this over to for a criminal investigation.
