The following chart is what ea state removed over 5 yrs and how many were returned. Wisconsin removed 4,229 and during the same time period only returned 365 children. That should tell you how important keeping children together and reasonable efforts to reunify.

CPS doesn’t get paid to return children they get paid to take children out of the home and adopting them out to their foster parents and it has to be foster parents that adopt these children and then they collect a check until the child turns 18 and then they kick them to the curb when the check stops. Leaving the children, because after being orphaned they have no family due to the systemic judicial alienation they suffered at the hands of the judges they have know way to locate their bio family’s because addresses change phone numbers change etc…

Besides how loved can the child truly be by being adopted by strangers if they have to be paid to adopt the child. I was adopted at age 7 and it wasn’t because they were gonna get paid until I turned 18 as a matter of fact she stopped receiving a Fostercare check by adopting me.
