I have said all along I need signature from every state this is not just a Wi problem child trafficking is occurring in every state in the nation. Title 4E federal funding is given to every state to they say to pay for Fostercare however it also covers administrative costs and that’s a huge umbrella, they can funnel what people believe to be legal funds and launder it through cps. For example to qualify for the funding the family the child was removed from has to be poverty stricken because it’s an income based program, demonstrating poor and minorities are being targeted, when children are not supposed to be removed for poverty alone.
however if you are not in poverty Manitowoc Wi is not beneath lying to get the funds. When they falsely accused me of abusing my grandchildren they claimed I was abusing them because I was stressed trying to raise 5 children on one income. That was a lie they knew it and everybody knew it. I had all 5 kids in dance, acrobatics the oldest one I was accused of abusing and keeping prisoner so she couldn’t tell anyone she was being abused was in violin and piano and went to summer camp for 2 weeks. I was paying 450./ mo to send my granddaughter with dyslexia to private school that specializes in dyslexia because the public school in manitowoc wi was incompetent.
