On June 8, 2026, William Shelton spoke with the Far Eastern University (FEU) Manila Office of Student Discipline regarding concerns raised in this petition.

According to Shelton, he was informed upon review by Mr. Joseph Ryann J. Jalagat, a representative of the Office of Student Discipline, that their department is not aware of FEU sponsoring any legal assistance for [Redacted] or otherwise taking a side in what was described as a private matter between the parties involved.

Shelton further stated that Mr. Jalagat advised him that he would discuss the matter further with FEU's legal department to clarify the university's position and determine whether any additional information could be provided. Mr. Jalagat further provided William with a separate email address for sending communications.

At this time, no official written statement from FEU Manila has been released regarding the allegations or the claims concerning institutional support. The petition continues to seek transparency and clarification from the university so that concerns raised by students, parents, alumni, and members of the public may be addressed through appropriate channels and due process.
