Why this petition matters to all of us:

Dear Devotees, Well-wishers, and the Youth of Nepal,

ISKCON Nepal is currently passing through a highly sensitive period, facing legal and administrative challenges that are already being dealt with through appropriate legal and institutional channels. However, under the shadow of this crisis, a highly destructive internal threat has emerged.

A group of third-party individuals and vested interest groups are actively exploiting the current situation for personal and political motives. Under the guise of demanding administrative "reform" and "decentralization," these external actors are creating severe factionalism, spreading malicious rumors, and conducting unauthorized signature campaigns to forcefully dismantle and hijack the current management of ISKCON Nepal (INEC).

These divisive acts directly threaten the unity of our yatra and heavily tarnish the divine legacy of Srila Prabhupada in Nepal. We cannot sit back and watch our spiritual home be fractured by hidden political agendas.

By signing this petition, we are collectively demanding that the ISKCON Nepal Executive Committee (INEC), National Council and GBC to  take immediate action to:

• Investigate the Disruptive Third Parties: Launch a strict, transparent internal investigation into the individuals orchestrating these unauthorized signature campaigns and trying to force structural changes through hostile pressure.
  Stop Extraneous Interference: Formally identify and legally/administratively bar external actors who are manipulating internal temple affairs using high-pressure tactics and coercion.
  
  
• Protect Institutional Unity: Ensure that any future discussions regarding administrative structures happen strictly through peaceful, constitutional, and authorized ISKCON channels—not through forced agitations, threats, or external media trials.
  
  
• Our Stance: We, the Youth and the broader congregation of Nepal, stand firmly for transparency, justice, and accountability regarding ongoing investigations. However, we will NOT tolerate hidden agendas disguised as reform that seek to fracture our community. We are actively organizing, consolidating facts, and will formally submit verified evidence against these disruptive entities to the management.
