On May 31, 2025, our mother, Mrs. Vero Ajieh, died on board KLM flight KL0588. She was 67, a devoted mother, and the heart of our family.

But the tragedy didn’t end there.

KLM never informed us that she had died.
We spent hours searching across countries, making desperate calls, only to discover the truth ourselves through the Dutch Military Police, not the airline responsible for her care. Our mother’s remains had been deposited in the morgue and embalmed. 

Since that day (Almost 9 months now), we have received conflicting explanations, delayed reports, and no clear answers. No family should have to investigate the death of their loved one alone.

The purpose of this petition is to demand full accountability, transparency, and closure over the death of Mrs. Vero Ajieh.
