Unfortunately I was targeted by my government to be eliminated from my private property. My neighbor soon to be city council member was well connected with local government. 

This neighbor had a legal need to acquire my property. If he could not acquire my property the court would have ordered him to remove the non compliant structures being his new home and barn sized garage. In order to eliminate me from my private property the weapon of choice was the chemical glyphosate. 

He took the liberty of applying the chemical's on my property with no regard of the law or my health, which was seriously effected immediately. Within three months I was completely unable to function.

My government assisted him in every criminal act he committed against me. They committed criminal acts on his behalf. For over 5 years I suffered severely from the chemical exposure. My body had absorbed so much chemical it was excreting through the mucous glands in my lips. 

I was denied a trespass against this terrorist by the police chief. His reason what the “he did not want to make my neighbor mad”. It took 16 months to get the incident report from him. This was just a stall tactic to allow the SOL to expire. By the time 16 months had passed it was to late to recover my health.

I was force to hire an attorney. The attorney that I was referred to had been briefed on the situation by a County Deputy Sheriff’s officer. He had been informed that I had no financial resources to hire an attorney. He agreed to barter his services for my upholstery services. 

Had I had any experience with lawyers prior to this, this bartering would have been a clue. I was naive and actually believed that attorneys stand behind their oath to represent their clients best interest. 

How many citizens need to hire an attorney for a trespasser? None, it is a criminal offense. 

The imposter attorney took a bribe from the opposing party and  the complaint, that he was hired to file  was never filed against the proper party. 

I was sued by this neighbor for loss of enjoyment of his property.  This neighbor was ever present when I was outside in my yard, he would holler across the yard to me that he was over the setbacks. When my clients were at my home to conduct business he would walk out and glare at them as if they had done something to offend them.  I was well within my rights of the law when I installed a privacy curtain for the purpose of having my right to privacy. He sued me because my curtain blocked his view of what was taking place in my yard.

The credibility of my witnesses were undeniable. Siblings, sons and other relationships with the City officials who were violating my State and Federal Rights and other experts in their field relative to this case. My attorney remarked when I handed him the witness list that they were “experts in their own right”. 

They were present and took the stand in the civil case. They were never questioned by my attorney regarding what they were prepared to testify to. The judge dismissed this neighbors case, citing my right to use my property as I wished. 

These terrorists did not comply to that judge. In fact they became more aggressive. I believe if I had not fled when I did they would have poisoned me to death within a short amount of time.   Five years of suffering and no intervention. I had no protection of the law and no defense against chemical weapons. 

When I fled I was suffering a severe full body skin condition, I was blind and homeless the following 4 years. This property not only provided my home and enjoyment of my life but I operated my business from my property. 

It took years to find a physician qualified to treat the severe skin condition and it was a slow process to recover to the condition I am on today. My condition is chronic. My Dr. says I am a pioneer in the effects these chemicals can have on a human being.

I attempted to get medical treatment from the local ER when the skin condition began. I was not presenting symptoms any of the local Drs. had ever dealt with. Did they believe my neighbor was poisoning me, probably not. How many Americans are poisoned by their neighbor without law enforcement stepping in? 

I was treated  with IV steroids. Massive amounts of IV steroids. Such large amounts of IV steroids that they caused me to be blind by cataracts. Such massive amounts of IV steroids that they overdosed me, I was hallucinating and ended up in the ICU for three days. 

This fit well into the story that the local officials had been putting out to the general public. They had been claiming that I was “crazy” with regard to my allegations of being poisoned. This allowed my neighbor to continue to poison me by applying chemicals on my property with no concern of ever being held accountable. 

They were protecting and assisting him in unlawful seizure of my property in contempt of what the civil court judge stated. I had no control over what was taking place on my property.

There has been no legitimate investigation into my allegations. No authority has ever reviewed my hard copy evidence.

The FBI eventually did come to my home 14 months after I contacted them. His intent was specifically to review my evidence. He arrived announcing as he walked in my door that he had no intention of reviewing my evidence. He demanded that I tell him my story (hearsay). I did manage to shove a photo of my skin condition in front of his face. It was then that he disputed my allegations of domestic terrorism were actually acts of “torture”. Had he have reviewed my evidence he would have recognized that not only was I being attack with chemical weapons but also by the City and County officials defaming my character, abusing their power and filing criminal charges against me based fabricated laws and ordinances. 

This was domestic terrorism against a civilian who has committed no crime. This agent gave me 2 1/2 hours to tell him a story that had spanned over 10 years by that time. All acts against me were in violation of my State and Federal Constitutional rights. This same evidence took the better part of three days for a student lawyer to review and understand. Two hours after this agent left my home, with no clue of what my evidence proved, I received a letter from the FBI Headquarters Washington DC. The letter was signed by an Assistant deputy director. The letter stated that the agent determined no violation of Federal law has occurred.

       It does not take a certificate from the academy to recognize that it is not possible for a letter sent from Washington DC to Iowa takes more than two hours. It does not take an attorney to understand that his description of me beings tortured is in fact a violation of Federal Law.

        There is no justifiable reason for this to have ever occurred to any US citizen.  This does not include that unlawful taking of my home, business and private property or the damages that I continue to suffer from the effects of the chemical exposure. I have recently been diagnosed with scoliosis. There is a scientific link between glyphosate and scoliosis. My rights continue to be violated as if I am not an American citizen. I liken it to be as if I am less than human.

I want compensated for the damages I have suffered at the hands of my government and the corrupt public servants be an penalized to the highest level of the law. To be an example of how the justice will be served by any official who would participate in such crimes against the citizens.
