I am a resident of Lakeway Harbor, living here as my grandparents did, for over 50 years. I take pride in our town, but it is disheartening to see it crumble due to obvious neglect. We continue to pay our dues, yet we question where this money is being channeled. The swimming pool has been filled in, there's no park for our children to play, the roads are in terrible conditions and there is no provision for trash pick up or water—our basic amenity which is woefully subpar.

It's high time we, as residents, have a clear understanding of where our hard-earned money is headed. We absolutely have the right to know why the living conditions in our harbor have steadily deteriorated whilst community dues remain constant. The management owes us an explanation and swift action to rectify these pressing issues.

In the light of the above, we urge the authorities of Lakeway Harbor to disclose their financial dealings openly. We are calling for an immediate improvement in basic amenities like roads, water supply, waste disposal, and recreational facilities. We firmly believe that as citizens, we are entitled to these essential services and our dues should directly contribute towards maintaining high-quality living conditions.
