Thanks to your support, #Justice4DaisyAlford has grown into a human rights movement with voices of unity rising across America and around the world.

Supporters outside the U.S. are joining the conversation, recognizing the broader human rights implications of Daisy’s case and the systemic failures it exposes.

Our growing momentum shows that supporters are united in demanding justice for Daisy Alford and an end to violence and abuse against elderly and disabled people everywhere. Regardless of differences, thousands of people are rising together to defend the safety, dignity and rights of the elderly and disabled – the most vulnerable among us.

Starting this November, we will push for Congressional Hearings into how federal agencies handle cases of violence and abuse against the elderly and disabled. No one – including members of Congress – knows what truly happens with these cases. Who gets justice? Who gets left behind?  Americans are owed answers.

It’s time for America to treat Elder Justice as the fundamental human rights issue it is.

Grassroots support remains our most powerful tool for outreach. Please share this petition update across social media and within your networks. Sharing with just one person can make a difference. Every signature matters.

Our voices make clear that violence and abuse against the elderly and disabled must never be disregarded, tolerated or normalized. #Justice4DaisyAlford
