On Tuesday, July 26th, the Florida Environmental Regulation Commission will vote on Rick Scott's cancer lottery. On behalf of his corporate polluting buddies, such as the Koch brothers, Scott's environmental agency will ask the ERC to increase the allowable amount of toxic (including almost 2 dozen carcinogens) chemicals that polluters can dump in our waters.
