On The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16, Episode 4 ("The Vault," March 30, 2025), Brit Eady made a disturbing comment to Kenya Moore, claiming she had “pistols and whips.” This remark was widely interpreted as a threat, yet Bravo and Truly Original took no immediate action.

Kenya reported the threat to producers, but an investigation didn’t begin until weeks later—raising serious concerns about how seriously her safety was taken.

Meanwhile, in Episode 5 ("About Last Night," April 6, 2025), Kenya Moore shared explicit—but publicly available—images of Brit Eady. These images were used lawfully under editorial fair use principles. They were not private, underage, or obtained illegally. Yet despite this, Kenya was suspended from filming. By the end of Episode 6, Bravo and Truly Original announced they would no longer film with her. No such statement was issued when Brit made threatening remarks.

Kenya has taken accountability for her actions. She issued a public apology on Tamron Hall and apologized three separate times in a video on her YouTube channel. Kenya has shown remorse, acknowledged the impact of her choices, and made efforts to explain her intent—something that deserves to be recognized.

The outcome of the delayed investigation into Brit’s comments was finally mentioned on Watch What Happens Live on April 13, 2025. Brit appeared on the show and gave only her side of the story. Andy Cohen briefly noted that the investigation found “no firearm”—but why wasn’t this information shared with viewers sooner?

To make matters worse, a false narrative has spread online accusing Kenya of sharing “revenge porn.” These claims are completely unfounded. The images were explicit, but they were public, legal, and shared responsibly—not maliciously or unlawfully.

Brit Eady has had multiple platforms to tell her story—through confessionals and national media appearances booked by Bravo. In contrast, Kenya Moore has not been given the same opportunity to defend herself or address these accusations.

Kenya Moore has been a central part of RHOA and deserves to have her voice heard at the Season 16 reunion. Silencing her sets a dangerous precedent for the franchise.

We call on Bravo, Truly Original, and NBCUniversal to:

• Invite Kenya Moore to the Season 16 reunion to share her side of the story.
• Correct the false “revenge porn” narrative and give Kenya the opportunity to clear her name publicly.
• Ensure fair and consistent treatment for all cast members.

This petition is about fairness—about ensuring every cast member is treated with transparency, respect, and equality.

Bravo, Truly Original, and NBCUniversal: Do the right thing. Let Kenya Moore speak at the reunion.
