Demand Fair Treatment and Improved Living Conditions from PRINCESS MANAGEMENT

The Issue

As a tenant of PRINCESS MANAGEMENT, I have personally experienced the degradation of our living treatment. Our amenities at the 25/35/41/53 buildings on Kipling and Eglinton have been stripped away, such as our gym and pool. The majority of parking spots, including visitor parking, have also been taken away. This has all occurred since the construction of a new condo under the same management right beside the other 4 older buildings. The new building has a fitness centre, yoga studio, outdoor patio bbq area, party room, and a children’s playroom.

I was initially told there were not enough parking spots due to issues with old management. Despite promises to rectify this situation, no changes were made. I was then asked to pay $100 for a visitor spot without any guarantee that it would be available when needed. After numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I was finally given a spot(57) only for it to be taken back in January, 6 months later. I was then offered to pay the $100 for visitors again to which I declined. After multiple warnings on my car I’m being told to pay first and last for a whole new spot if I want to keep my car on the property. I’m a single mom with a 4 month old, I was given no notice of the new option to pay $200 either until after they already took back the spot(57) I was paying $100 a month for.

The rent continues to increase while our quality of living decreases as we insure the treatment from princess management. Management seems uninterested in addressing these problems or improving conditions for tenants of the older buildings

We need immediate action from PRINCESS MANAGEMENT to restore our amenities and provide adequate parking solutions for all residents. We demand fair treatment and improved living conditions that reflect what we pay in rent.

Please sign this petition if you believe that tenants deserve better treatment from their property managers.
