As of February 14 2024 Childcare Providers across Missouri have not been paid since December payment, which is impacting most daycares across the region. Most daycares depend on these subsides payments to keep running day to day operations, and also to pay their employees, if daycare facilities can not pay their employees in a timely manner, they are at risk of losing their employees, if they lose employees, we are at risk of losing our subsidy children, which is a domino effect across the state, causing family’s that can’t afford out of pocket tuition, to not be able to work, because of the lack of child care!!!  Please demand that childcare providers across Missouri are paid in a timely manner, so that childcare facilities can care for Missouri Children!!!!
