I wrote to Dr. Sylvia A. Alva, Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs at the CSU head office in Long Beach. She kindly got back to me and told me to contact Christin E Holliday - you know... the person responsible for the hard line CPH is taking and the pizza party solution.
