So, by now you’ve likely heard Doug Ford’s grandiose retraction of his corrupt Greenbelt scheme, along with a somber apology to the people of Ontario.

While this is a victory in the short term, it’s critical to remember that this apology and retraction came only after a horrific Integrity Commissioner’s report, a scathing Auditor General’s Report, massive public outcry and protests, news reports of cabinet members getting couples massages with developers in Vegas, four count ’em 4  resignations by disgraced Ford government senior officials AND the lingering prospect of a criminal investigation. As one commentator put it, this wasn’t Ford seeing the light.  It was Ford feeling the heat!

All Doug Ford has proven thus far is that he is not only corrupt and dishonest, but also incompetent and unfit to serve us, the voters, taxpayers and citizens of Ontario. 

Therefore, we hold to our belief that Doug Ford MUST do the right thing and resign! That’s the only form of apology we will accept!
