I am not alone in noticing an unsettling pattern with Disney. They acquire beloved franchises, from Marvel to Star Wars, and instead of preserving their authenticity, they destroy the essence that made these worlds special. For many of us, these franchises are more than just movies, games, and comics - they're significant parts of our lives.

Disney, a company that became a global phenomenon due to its imaginative storytelling and memorable characters, has recently started to behave more like a conglomerate than a dream factory. Instead of creating their own universes, they buy established ones. But what happens when they do create something? More often than not, it doesn't live up to Disney's former standards.

Beyond that, Disney has started pushing their own ideologies into these franchises. They seem more concerned with advocating their views than they are with staying true to the spirit of the original stories. The result? A significant potential loss of artistic integrity and quality storytelling.

I believe this is a disservice to the fan bases of these franchises, to the creators who brought them to life, and to the wider world of storytelling. We must voice our concern and demand that Disney remembers its roots, values the franchises it has acquired, and refrains from diluting their essence for monetary gains or personal agendas.
