As someone who has endured the woes of having my information stolen via malware and being further victimized by being permanently banned in Discord, I understand the frustration. Countless users, including myself, endure this unjust ordeal as Discord's AI continues to ban people indiscriminately without evaluating any proof or logs that can prove innocence. Also, Clyde bot's appeal process remains unsatisfactory and leaves no room for the voice of the unfairly banned.

After 3 months~ of having disabled accounts, we demand Discord to either remove our bans (false bans) or delete all our personal messages, which should not stay stored if we're not permitted to participate in the community. 

While it's clear that hackers using information-stealing malware continue to roam free in Discord, innocent users are being penalized. This calls for a sweeping change in the way Discord's AI operates and reforms in their appeal system.

It is therefore imperative to make ourselves heard by Discord. Let us stand together for a fair and clear process that treats every user with the equity they deserve.
