Families across the United States are being torn apart by unconstitutional practices in family courts and CPS courts. Judges and commissioners, acting outside their judicial capacity, are denying parents their rights, altering custody agreements without consent, and profiting from ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) systems. We must demand justice, accountability, and reform.

Sign this petition to urge Congress to act NOW to protect families and restore fairness in family courts and CPS courts.

We need 50,000 signatures to show Congress that families across the country are demanding change. Please sign, share, and help us bring attention to this critical issue.

To the United States Congress:
We, the undersigned, call for immediate action to address the unconstitutional practices rampant in family courts and CPS courts across America. Families are suffering due to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes, where judges and commissioners act as referees instead of impartial decision-makers, violating constitutional protections.

What’s Happening:
Judges Acting Illegally: Family court and CPS courts judges often step outside their judicial role to act as mediators or referees, violating the principle of judicial capacity.
Contracts Ignored: Custody and marital agreements, protected by the Contract Clause of the Constitution, are being unlawfully altered without proper consent or due process.
Parental Rights Denied: ADR processes strip parents of their 14th Amendment rights to due process, leaving families defenseless against biased decisions.
Systemic Fraud: Family courts and affiliated service providers profit by coercing families into agreements that serve financial interests rather than justice.
The Harm:
These practices are destroying families, traumatizing children, and violating the foundational principles of fairness and equity. Parents are losing their children without a fair hearing, evidence is suppressed, and families are being exploited under the guise of efficiency.

Our Demands:
Declare ADR in Family Courts Unconstitutional: End the misuse of ADR processes that bypass due process protections.
Restore Judicial Oversight: Require all family court and CPS courts matters to be handled by impartial judges in courts of record, adhering to constitutional principles.
Protect Parental Rights and Contracts: Stop family courts and CPS courts from unlawfully altering marital or custody agreements.
Hold Officials Accountable: Investigate judges and commissioners who act outside their capacity and hold them liable for unlawful actions.
Establish Federal Oversight: Create federal accountability mechanisms to enforce compliance with constitutional protections and eliminate systemic abuse.

Why This Matters:
Family courts are supposed to protect families, but instead, they’ve become administrative systems prioritizing revenue over justice. By signing this petition, you are standing up for fairness, integrity, and the rights of every family in America.

We need 50,000 signatures to show Congress that families across the country are demanding change. Please sign, share, and help us bring attention to this critical issue.
