As an individual who suffers from PTSD, I am deeply pained by the apparent bullying of Federal employees by higher-ups in our government. Such actions prevent these hardworking individuals from performing their duties, feeding their families, paying their bills, and maintaining the comfort of a home. This treatment is simply horrendous and nonsensical.

I am calling out for the United States Senate and Congress to hear this plea, reflecting the concerns of many citizens. I urge the removal of Elon Musk as the head of DOGE and bring an end to what could be defined as a 'Psychological warfare' on Federal employees. Disruptive influences should not be allowed to hinder their work, and Musk's position seems to be a contributor to their struggles.

Furthermore, the current Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, seems to have allowed internal attacks on our democracy to persist under his watch. Thus, we feel a change in leadership is necessary to safeguard our democracy.

By allowing such public abuses to continue, we are not only discouraging our citizens, but also making our nation less appealing for immigrants. In fact, if this continues, we may need to build walls not to keep immigrants out, but to keep our own citizens in.

Therefore, we implore the United States Senate and Congress to heed our call and initiate the necessary changes to protect the interests and wellbeing of our Federal employees, and consequently keep our democratic system intact.
