Currently, the legal proceedings depict an alarming imbalance, with Tyler Matthew Johns facing overcharges while Valente Ayala, whose reckless choices played a pivotal role, escapes unscathed. 

Brandon's story matters.

It is a timely reminder of the importance of addressing all elements contributing to environments of violence and chaos.

Viewing this through the lens of justice, it is imperative that every participant's actions be thoroughly examined and rightfully penalized. It is not enough to single out one party when another's actions were equally detrimental. Ayala’s conduct constituted a dire threat to child safety and fostered an atmosphere ripe with the potential for harm.

Valente Ayala, whose actions endangered a child, walks freely without consequence. Meanwhile, Tyler Matthew Johns faces exaggerated charges that do not accurately reflect the reality of a mutual road rage confrontation. These charges paint a young man as the sole aggressor, ignoring the broader context that led to this tragedy.

To achieve true justice:

1. We must hold Valente Ayala accountable, urging him to be charged with child endangerment. The evidence demonstrates a blatant disregard for innocent lives, something that cannot be ignored or pardoned by immunity.

2. We must reevaluate the charges against Tyler Matthew Johns, ensuring that the full context of each individual's actions and influence are considered with equity. Justice demands a fair and comprehensive view, acknowledging the complexity and interplay of all involved.

It is intolerable for one individual to shoulder the entirety of blame while another is shielded from consequence. We seek a thorough reexamination of the charges, with the hope that no party involved evades accountability. The families affected and the wider community deserve closure and assurance that injustice will not prevail.
