A Gary man told Missing Lost And Trafficked he saw a bald man with a White Sox snap back with Ja'Niyah McMichael last year.
The man allegedly sighted with Ja'Niyah is about 6 feet tall.
Poppywrld Trevion was asked by Pebbles Wilson to reveal if the man he saw matches the physical description of 63-year-old
Nathaniel Walker or another male entirely.
Walker is the stepfather of Kearra Bates. Bates is the live-in girlfriend of Jasmine McMichael,Ja'Niyah's mother.
Walker told Kelvin Collins of KC Body Guard Services he saw Ja'Niyah at a birthday party June 29,2024, the same day he allegedly rented a vehicle and drove to Eastern Illinois.
Walker said he saw Ja'Niyah during a Facebook Livestream hosted on Kevin Collinz Facebook page.
Ja'Niyah's mother told Pebbles during a Facebook livestream she would send MLAT a photo of Ja'Niyah attending the birthday party Walker allegedly attended.
Today is August 20,2025 and Jasmine McMichael hasn't submitted any photos with of her daughter attending any events in the summer of 2024.
Dalia James told MLAT during a Facebook livestream Ja'Niyah's sibling said Walker sexually assaulted her and Ja'Niyah for an extended period of time during a Facebook livestream.
No persons of interest or suspects have been publicly named by the Gary Police Department or FBi in connection with Ja'Niyah's disappearance.
A reward of up to $20,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the disappearance of Ja'Niyah McMichael. The reward is being offered by the FBI and the City of Gary, Indiana. Ja'Niyah, who was 14 years old, was reported missing from her home in Gary on August 12, 2024, according to the FBI.
The FBI is actively investigating her disappearance and suspects foul play.
