Questions have been asked about the drop boxes and access to water, with suggestion they were plumbed; here is a photo confirming they ARE NOT!!

Only a small stainless steel bowl is available approx 9cm tall and with dogs left from 430pm overnight U told 8am weekdays and from 11am upto 8am the following morning before being moved to kennels out the back...that water can and would likely run out quickly. A dog in a confined space, not temperature regulated and stressed due to the situation; would consume that amount quickly. 

On two after hours visits it has been noted dishes contained no water, it would then mean it was upto the person dropping off animal to fill water dish IF NOTICED!

Council are meeting again next Tuesday at their GM meeting to discuss these issues further, I hope to be able to post further updates; and some good news.
