You just can’t make this stuff up. Over the past week, Jon Connolly and his team have amassed a campaign of retaliation against the brave voices that have shared their experiences. He’s got Ketan Ghandi (https://www.facebook.com/share/4N8YLqySTMsxV4c8/?mibextid=WC7FNe threatening the livelihood of the college’s custodial staff with outsourcing. He’s got his “Chief of Staff” digging through employee emails in an attempt to discredit the whistleblowers, and he has the “Assistant Registrar” meeting with staff and doing his dirty work.

Where are the “Board of Directors” in all of this? Why is Connolly allowed to act like a brutal dictator and why has the board not launched an investigation into Connolly’s actions? A ‘climate survey” is not enough.
we demand the following:
- Connolly’s immediate suspension and an immediate directive that Connolly must remove himself from all decision related to the college.
- A complete and thorough investigation into Connolly’s hostile work environment
- An investigation into the inaction of the Board Of Directors and their failure to act in the best interest of the college and its resources.
