It is now showing that all of the contaminated land that is surrounding the back & sides of this drain hatch chamber and cover was imported and dumped on the ACV land between March and October 2009.
This happened after the date of purchase was made by INWIT Ltd .
This is fact in you can see various supporting clips yourself on Youtube and this Link to YouTube video identifying the contaminated landfill area that the Gledhill Community Project have worked constantly to safeguard and maintain accessible to the appropriate authorities for investigation and surveying purposes.
We work tirelessly to bring you the receipt's, so you can sign our petition and stand with us in confidence.
This petition demands for the legally required surveys to be conducted and the appropriate action be taken. This contamination is across both Calderdale Council & INWIT Ltds land.
The Notice of disposal should not be permitted to be utilised as a procedural weapon against our community, in locking us out from being able to lodge any bid of interest due to the catch-22 scenario caused by our nominated Asset of Community Value having tested positive for multiple samples of Asbestos across an area that spans over half the width on the top tier of our ACV.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We are submitting the evidence and requesting a formal investigation to the appropriate authorities, having discovered evidence that supports the theory of how up to several tons of contaminated landfill were introduced to this area of community value in 2009.
This petition has never been more vital and as Calderdale Council and INWIT Services Ltd both own contaminated land, Calderdale Council cannot serve notice on themselves but they do need to open discussions with INWIT Services Ltd as they appear to have had exclusive and sole access to the complete Asset of Community Value site, at the time the alleged offence took place.
Google street view of the site from Gledhill Street ceased from March 2009 until April 2023 and on the Victoria Road side of the site, all street views disappeared from October 2009 until June of 2025.
To help you to identify the landfill area, please look at the fully exposed cellar lintel in March 2009 and then at our main uploaded petition photo which clearly shows it at the level where we started to reveal a solid cache of contaminated landfill, that was so severe that we couldn’t proceed to further dig or remove any more soil.
The Gledhill Community Project then safeguarded the area and are still continuing to campaign for support, and action to help our community to recover itself.
