Stop the Mechanical Voids Loopholes

As you enjoy the last of summer and our beautiful Central Park,
please continue to circulate our petition so that the "voids bill" gets on the desk of Governor Kathy Hochul!

One of the most egregious actions developers have taken is using excessively large mechanical spaces to boost building heights. We've all signed this petition in support of ending Real Estate loopholes in NY because we care about keeping our City livable. Well, there are basically three actions that we, the public, can use to fight these excesses:

1. Support legislation
2. Apply public pressure
3. Litigate
