We have to protect our parks and neighborhoods.
So what is the plan???

Demand and End to Real Estate Loopholes in Albany. Assemblymember Linda Rosenthal and Senator Robert Jackson are sponsors of bills to do just that (A2128/S2016.) These will limit voids, exorbitant ceiling heights and the use of stilts/open terraces. These spaces are currently being used to jack up building heights to get around the existing zoning.
