Meeting with Assemblymember Linda B. Rosenthal

This week, Save Central Park NYC members met with Assemblymember Rosenthal to discuss the status of her bill A 2128, aka "The Voids Bill" which relates to the definition of floor area. 

The New York State legislature is hard at work addressing many issues including the budget which is due April 1. AM Rosenthal assures us that once the budget is approved/finalized the Assembly will be working on a number of important bills including bill A 2128.

We are going to ask for your help in the coming weeks to call a few legislators to urge them to join Assemblymember Rosenthal and Senator Jackson by co-sponsoring this bill and Demand an End to Real Estate Loopholes. We need to demand that these elected officials act for the people! We can demand more … we need a livable City and parks that provide a respite with sunlight!
