Legislation related to COVID-19 and police accountability are at the forefront of Albany's agenda right now. The Rosenthal/Jackson mechanical voids bill (A5026 /S3820), which closes the loopholes that developers are exploiting, remains a priority for us. We will continue with our efforts to advance this legislation and keep you posted on our progress.
