Demand Amazon Canada to Stop Using Intelcom/Dragonfly as a Courier Service
The Issue
We are a community of Amazon customers in Canada who are increasingly frustrated by the poor service we receive from Intelcom/Dragonfly - Amazon's chosen courier service. We have experienced drivers neglecting the delivery process, leaving packages in inappropriate places, false delivery attempts, misplaced parcels, and a behaviour that can only be characterised as rude.
The customer service provided by Intelcom/Dragonfly has also been a source of exasperation. With hours-long waits on the line, the process leads to a dead end, with no solution in sight. On top of that, the time taken to reship lost or wrongly delivered packages is painstakingly long and their tracking system is obsolete.
The fact that 53.6% of Canadian adults purchase online from Amazon, according to Statista, means that a significant number of individuals potentially suffer the fallouts of these service irregularities on a regular basis. It’s time Amazon Canada understands the gravity of its courier service's performance and the impact it has on its customers.
We request Amazon Canada to reevaluate its courier partnerships and cease using Intelcom/Dragonfly. By doing so, they would acknowledge the concerns of numerous customers who have been on the receiving end of a less than satisfactory delivery service. Let’s ensure that our shopping experience doesn’t get tainted by poor delivery services. Sign the petition to let Amazon Canada know that we deserve a courier service that meets, if not exceeds, our expectations.
