The Airport Director instructed the Joint Liability Tenant to take Falcon Warbird's property without their permission, authority, or legal grounds. This resulted in thousands of dollars in damages to delicate airplane instruments, parts, and equipment. The Joint Tenant kept valuable items such as 2 parachutes, a forklift, and event equipment for themselves.

The Foundation has also reported several other issues at the airport, such as the water services being shut off to tenants, non-compliance with FAA AIP Grant Requirements, and violations of public airport contracts and agreements by the Airport Administration.

The petition has gained support from the airport community, with over 300 people agreeing, over 6,988 people viewing today, 126 people sharing, and 28 promoters for airport accountability. The Foundation seeks guidance on what steps to take to ensure our lease is honored and would greatly appreciate assistance from the City of Mesa's elected officials. Falcon Field currently does not have an Airport Commission in place to ensure optimal service provision to both citizens and commerce.
