Demand Adequate Staffing at Rancho Fiesta Mobile Estates

Demand Adequate Staffing at Rancho Fiesta Mobile Estates
The Issue
The residents of Rancho Fiesta Mobile Estates are living in an environment that is becoming increasingly unstable due to mismanagement and inadequate staffing. As residents, we face numerous challenges, ranging from safety concerns to unfair costs imposed by Mobile Community Management. They have been reducing staff, resulting in difficulties in day-to-day operations. These deficits in staffing have not only caused a steady loss of confidence in the management's ability to maintain order in the park but also raised serious safety concerns. As such we are demanding a review of resident complaints against park staff handyman, Victor with a goal of having him replaced. We find it unacceptable that the management office is closed for days at a time without notice. On Friday, January 17th, this understaffing caused widespread panic and a flurry of rumors about the cause and fixes implemented for a gas leak which left all park residents without gas for cooking, heating, and chores for approximately 24 hours.
It isn't easy to understand why such issues persist, given that mobile home parks are a growing housing sector. As per recent statistics, more than 20 million Americans live in mobile homes [source: Manufactured Housing Institute]. Adequate staffing and effective management are crucial in ensuring residents' safety and satisfaction, which is not the case currently at Rancho Fiesta Mobile Estates.
Action is needed. We urge the relevant authorities to implement regulations that ensure adequate and appropriate staffing levels at Rancho Fiesta Mobile Estates for the smooth operation and security of our community. Sign our petition to stand with us in our fight for a safer, more efficient community living space.
