Hemp Ban Update

I wanted to extend a huge thank you for signing the petition and standing up against the hemp ban. I wanted to share a quick update on what's happening in Texas.

A Travis County District Court has extended a pause on new restrictions on smokable hemp products until July 27, so these products can remain available for now while the case moves forward.

At the same time, the Texas Supreme Court issued a ruling that could have troubling implications for smokable hemp in the future.
