Taylor Frankie Paul's actions behind the scenes of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives have overshadowed what many viewers hoped to see in a lighthearted and fun reality tv show. From the very first episode, viewers have been subjected to a narrative marred by deceit and abuse facilitation. The network responsible for airing this content, HULU, has not only failed the viewers by airing such content but has also fostered an environment where manipulation and abuse thrives unchecked. By continuing to support Taylor Frankie Paul's presence on air, networks like HULU and ABC are complicit in allowing her behavior to go unchallenged, and this cannot be allowed.

When ABC producers cast Taylor Frankie Paul as the Bachelorette they were 100 percent aware she had been charged with domestic violence in the presence of a child, had pled guilty to felony aggravated assault, and was on probation. Her involvement in domestic violence was public record, well publicized in the media, and should have been immediately disqualifying. Platforming her directly opposes the values ABC’s and Hulu’s parent company, Disney, claims to stand for. To make this right we ask that ABC, Hulu, and Disney:

 1.  Commit to never airing TFP’s Bachelorette season
 2.  Remove TFP from all future SLOMW seasons
 3.  Never again platform TFP or anyone responsible for domestic violence
