Demand Action Against Fraudulent Practices by Mahindra XUV700 Dealers
The Issue
I am Nishant Mittal from Surat, Gujarat, India. I had long dreamt of owning a Mahindra XUV700, working relentlessly to make it a reality. When I finally managed to purchase the car, I was met with a harsh reality. I was handed a damaged car with hidden repair work, a blatant violation of my trust and expectations. The image of my hard-earned dream gradually turned into a nightmare due to Mahindra's questionable practices and poor customer service.
Despite multiple calls to the toll-free number 1800 209 6006, armed with recordings and screenshots as proof, my complaints fell on deaf ears—receiving nothing but false promises and a lackluster response in the form of a Case ID: 08709045 that led to no resolution. It became evident that even pillars of customer support, such as CCMs, were unresponsive and the RCCM ironically “didn't exist.”
This is not merely about my unjust treatment but represents an issue that affects countless customers who have been disregarded, silenced, and left in the lurch. A sense of accountability needs to be developed in Mahindra XUV700 Dealers and effective checks need to be placed against such fraudulent practices.
We must rise together and demand accountability from those at fault while calling for an immediate and appropriate response. It is time to insist on justice — for me, the proud but disappointed owner of a Mahindra XUV700, and for every customer who has been unjustly treated.
