Demand Accountability, Law Enforcement Stop Hiding! #StopHiding #RecordNow

The Issue

The solution is simple, every law enforcement vehicle needs to have a dash cam, every law enforcement officer needs to have a body cam and both must be recording during all interactions with civilians for the safety of both parties and most importantly the integrity of our justice system.

I was pulled over for expired tabs on Jan 2 2019 by Benton County deputy John Clary. Then he accuses my breath of smelling like weed, i replied "it doesn't and it's impossible for my breath to smell like weed." Then he said I smelt like weed and again I told him I haven't smoke today so that's not true either." Then he says I have a bunch of weed in my car and again I informed him he was wrong and then he said "well then your car smells like weed" i told him it didn't but it might have an order from a week ago when I smoked in my car in the comfort from my home.

Then he tells me to get out of the car and I very carefully did. Then he said that I can "take a test to make sure I'm good to drive but I don't have too if I don't want too."

I was in my customer's parking lot and inform him this was embarrassing and this would cost me this contract and I felt he was just harassing me and violating my rights.

Again he insist "you don't have to do the test if you don't want too" so I replied "if I don't have too, then I don't want too," he tells me to turn around and I was under arrest for refusal. I turned my head and looked at him and ask him to take his test and that I didn't know that's what he meant and I am not under the influence.

He then searches my car, tells an arriving deputy he manufactured evidence for a warrant for my blood draw and assaulted me at the hospital and denied me medical treatment and again in the sally port of the jail both assaulted again and denial of medical treatment.

In the vehicle he admitted he was going to prove my guilt with a flawed blood test and it didn't matter when I smoke.

A few weeks later after being falsely arrested I met with my court appointed attorney and informed her of the situation and she said this case would immediately be thrown out but in Benton County in Washington, there isn't any dash cam footage and it's going to be my word against his.

I have been framed, falsely arrested, beat up, informed it doesn't matter what the facts are by law enforcement and I don't have anything to show a jury what really took place. I filed a complaint with the Sheriff's office for the assault and requested video footage and confirm there isn't any video footage, 2019 and the Benton County law enforcement agencies operate like the 50's, racist and under minding the community with false crimes, dishonesty and lack of integrity.

I have to figure out how to come up with the financing to get a real lawyer to fight a DUI that never happened, when in reality we should just watch the video and let it speak for itself.

The solution is simple, every law enforcement vehicle needs to have a dash cam, every law enforcement officer needs to have a body cam and both must be recording during all interactions with civilians for the safety of both parties and most importantly the integrity of our justice system.
