**Demand Accountability and Respect for Hostage Families**

Imagine being invited to a show to speak about your missing sister, who has been held captive by a terror group for over 220 days. While pleading with the audience to believe Israeli women, the host simply rolls her eyes and abruptly ends the interview. This is the reality Yarden Gonen faced on "The Hill" while speaking about her sister, Romi Gonen.

Yarden Gonen was courageously sharing her sister's story on "The Hill" when, during a heartfelt and vulnerable plea for empathy, the host, Briahna Joy Gray, disrespectfully rolled her eyes and ended the interview. This behavior was not only dismissive of Yarden's pain but also an affront to all of us who are affected by this crisis.

This is unacceptable: rolling her eyes when Yarden mentioned the Israeli hostages was a blatant act of disrespect.
