BLS Manchester forwarded email to Consulate.

Hello Signatories, 

BLS Manchester has responded to email (informing them of our petition) with same script. However, BLS has forwarded email to Consulate of Spain, Manchester informing them of the live petition and requested them to address the issue and assist accordingly. BLS Manchester did not address the other issues raised in petition that are directly within jurisdiction of BLS. 

There is no response from Consulate as of now. Regular follow ups and intimations are carried out through emails too from my end. 

BLS and Consulate of Spain, Manchester must answer and show some accountability.
