I am raising this petition to shed light on serious neglect I experienced at St George’s Hospital during my pregnancy.

As a high-risk patient with pre-existing health conditions, I was supposed to receive weekly appointments and close monitoring. Instead, I was left without consistent care or communication. Weeks went by without the necessary check-ups, and my health—as well as my baby's—was put at unnecessary risk. Due to this neglect i have had to deliver my baby as well as bury her. This has caused a big impact on my mental health and physical health as well as my partner.

This is not just about one patient. If it happened to me, it could happen to others. Pregnancy care, especially for those with medical complications, must be taken seriously. No parent should be left feeling abandoned during such a critical time.

I’m calling on the leadership at St George’s Hospital and NHS oversight bodies to:

Investigate the gaps in maternity care,
Hold responsible parties accountable, and
Ensure protocols are improved so no other patient is neglected.
