More denial and pushback from the Larimer County Courthouse.
Despite calling and requesting a hearing to correct the numerous typographical errors in the transcript, such as the misspelling of my name and the insulting mistitling of my painting from "WHORES of Spider Island" to the correct "HORRORS of Spider Island," and other errors, the court has now threatened to dismiss my case for not being "diligently prosecuted"—this despite my many phone calls and emails to the appeal clerk.
Larimer County, do better.

This is appalling behavior. Despite the time I've invested in researching the law, which shouldn't be required for a small claims trial, filing motions and requests as DEMANDED by the court, this is textbook malfeasance, abuse of power, biased treatment of legal proceedings, and continued pushback.

Hopefully, the courts will choose to do the job they are paid to do, respond to the demand for a transcript hearing, and allow my appeal to progress. But, to be fully honest, I am starting to believe they will bury the appeal as their prerogative seems far from seeking justice for their citizens. Instead, they appear focused on furthering their own political agenda, treating the public with absolute disdain, and coddling the apathetic within their ranks.

Please share and sign the petition to help bring awareness to not only the atrocity of my needlessly destroyed artworks by Jeff Abbott and No Limit Collectibles but also to the District Court in Larimer County.
We, the citizens of Larimer County, deserve better than this.
