No Limit Collectibles in Fort Collins has since removed their Instagram but not before I managed to get screenshots of them admitting to destroying my art and mocking me for it, calling it junk. 
This isn't terribly surprising and Nik the manager who is insulting me and my art also thought it was appropriate to get physical with me when I stopped by their store. Their behavior and apathy shows a trend of negligence, cruelty and general ignorance to the concerns of others. Doubly shocking this behavior is from a collectibles shop... They should understand intrinsic value but I suppose they reserve that for grifting their customers and not actually caring about art and collectible items.
I am working to get their testimony on record as their actions make them culpable and they are directly responsible for the destruction of my paintings, a fact they and Jeff Abbott withheld from me not only by their owner in email evidence ALREADY submitted in the case, but to my face in person on multiple occasions. Despicable and atrocious behavior. 
The appeal is in process and I'm working on my motions and corrections to hopefully find justice and correct the massive oversights committed by the local courts here. 
Thank you all for the support, it is greatly appreciated. Art is important and that needs to be codified to ensure future art is safe from miscreants and fools who would sooner burn it than appreciate it.
