Texas Rangers Investigates Judge KUTSCHER

Citizens,

In the Seguin Gazette Judge KUTSCHER makes the following statement announcing that he will not run for reelection:

“After much reflection and deep consideration, I have made the decision not to seek reelection as county judge, allowing someone new the opportunity to serve and continue the important work for Guadalupe County,” he said. “Serving this community has been one of the greatest honors of my life.”

Citizens- this should cause you great offense. Judge KUTSCHER thinks that the citizens of Guadalupe County are idiots. He makes this public statement sound as if he is doing some noble deed and allowing someone else the opportunity to serve the community.

He is not running for reelection because he knows full well that he is going to be in prison!

For Judge KUTSCHER to lie to the citizens and make himself out to be the good guy stepping down to allow someone else to serve is a slap in the face to the citizens of Guadalupe County!

He is not the good guy that he made himself out to be. He knew that the gig was up. He knew that a Texas Ranger investigation of a First Degree Felony was imminent! He knew that due to his corrupt , greedy actions that he was headed to the Texas Department of Corrections!

The citizens should be outraged by this.

The good guy stepping down to allow others to serve the community is a total lie and disgraceful act perpetrated on top of his extremely corrupt and illegal dealings.

Be offended citizens.

Judge KUTSCHER has publicly offended the intelligence of the community.

Disgraceful.

Dishonorable.

Despicable.
