PRIOR NOTICE OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT GIVEN TO GCADC ADMINISTRATION THAT WAS IGNORED!

Rudy Garcia, former GCADC officer, was charged with sexual misconduct and violating the civil rights of an inmate on July 10, 2026.

Exactly two years prior to the charges I witnessed the corporal forcibly grab the body worn camera off of the chest of his young female subordinate officer.

I inundated the GCADC administrators, Robert Hernandez and Greg Martin, with documented jail tablet messages detailing my eyewitness account of the sexual harassment that was captured on video.

Administration chose to protect the corporal who in countless messages I referred to as GARCIA THE GROPER. They chose to protect him and not the young female officer or future inmates.

Two years later exactly he is charged with sexual misconduct and violating the civil rights of an inmate.

Gee. How did that happen Sheriff Ray?

Geez Sheriff Ray- if only someone could have seen that coming.

Citizens, you pay Sheriff Ray over 200k a year, and a blind man could see this disaster happening but I guess with 200k Sheriff Ray can’t afford glasses.
